Photel apartments were created as an idea of a combination of superior accommodation and photography. These four accommodation units are located in an old stone house built in 1912. We wanted to leave the charm of the old stone house and provide our guests with the maximum comfort and atmosphere that today's trends in tourism dictate. On the ground floor of the house there is a photography studio that started its work in 1924 and that is one of the reasons why the idea of combining photography and tourism came about. Three accommodation units are dedicated to the greats of Croatian photography, and one to the Ivančić family, which has been running a photography studio since 1924. All accommodation units are equipped with a large LCD TV, air conditioning and free internet and, of course, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, stove, hood and fridge. Likewise, all units have a double bed size 160x200cm, a wardrobe with a safe and basic cosmetics for body care. On the staircase in the central part of the building, you can see a short history of photography, the Ivančić family and Crikvenica. At the front of the building, there are accommodation units measuring 24 square meters dedicated to Photel Braut and Anto Brkan, decorated with their original photographs and old cameras. At the back, there are slightly larger accommodation units of 27 square meters. On the first floor, there is an apartment dedicated to the Ivančić family, and as part of this unit, guests can use a spacious terrace with deckchairs, an umbrella, a table and chairs, and a barbecue. While on the second floor, the apartment is dedicated to Slavka and Milan Pavić. Photel apartments are located in the very center of the city, only 100 meters from the main port and the main city square, and only 100 meters from the beach. Regardless of the location in the center, free parking is provided to all guests less than 5 minutes' walk from the facility. As soon as you leave the facility on the promenade, you have a large selection of restaurants and various catering facilities.
